Billiard Pro Shop llc. . guarantees that
all cues purchased from us are straight within reasonable tolerance, and that
they received a final inspection before being given to or being shipped to the

guarantees customer satisfaction with every purchase.
Though Billiard Pro Shop, Inc. is not the
warranty repair station for any cue manufacturer, we do have a strong interest
in supporting customer's warranty problems. Many cue manufacturers rely
upon an unwritten warranty. We can not speak for the manufacturer on
warranties. We can only express what we have gleaned from experience in
regard to how they guarantee their product.
The cue is guaranteed by the cue manufacturer
(not by Billiard Pro Shop, Inc.) for one year against any manufacturer's
defect. Huebler has a limited lifetime warranty. Reputable cue
makers (we only deal with this type) will all heartily cover true warranty
claims either by repair or by replacement. How manufacturers interpret this
general statement is found in the numbered paragraphs below:
- Warping
No manufacturer can guarantee that a cue will
stay straight after it has been chalked and in the user's hands. It may warp
due to being left in a trunk, etc. Since the manufacturer can not control or
prove anything, they do not cover warpage. The only guarantee that a cue will
not warp is the reputation of the manufacturer.
- Breaking
Manufacturers cover a break in the cue if it can
be proven that the break was caused by a defect in the cue. Such evidence as
a knot or pre-existing crack (at manufacture) would be considered to be such
proof. Manufacturers can only guarantee a ferrule if the tip is the original
from the factory and if the tip is thick enough to protect the ferrule.
Cracks in the wood and swelling inlays may be caused by stress, heat or other
abuse and are not covered.
- Abuse
Abusing the cue always voids the warranty in all
areas. For example, cues that are dented are not covered in any area.
